Renovating the laundry alongside an adjoining bathroom is one of our most common Pakenham projects. One mobilisation, one waterproofing visit and one tiling run keeps the cost down and the disruption short, and we can reconfigure the wall between the two rooms to claw back usable space. A combined bathroom-and-laundry project typically runs $20,000–$40,000.

A standalone laundry renovation typically runs $6,000–$15,000. As a worked example, an Officer laundry refresh — new custom cabinetry, a 20mm benchtop, a tiled splashback, a new trough and tapware, slip-resistant floor tiling and re-waterproofing of the wet zone to AS 3740 — comes in around $10,000: roughly $3,800 cabinetry and benchtop, $2,200 tiling and waterproofing, $2,400 plumbing rough-in and fit-off, $900 electrical and $700 trough and tapware.
